Welcome to Rainbow Rebel Wholesale terms and conditions for use.  This is strictly a trade only website.  We welcome customers who sell through markets, festivals, their own shops or online.  By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as written below.

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page.  We recommend you check this page from time to time to ensure you are aware of the current terms and conditions, as they are binding to you as our customer.

Payment

  1. We are currently not VAT registered, although we expect to go that way in a few months.  All customers will be notified when this happens.  Therefore all prices you see are total. 

  2. All prices on our website are for one item unless otherwise stated.

  3. Periodically we review our product prices.  The prices shown on our website are current for that product at that time only.

  4. We currently offer no minimum order quantity which means customers have the flexibility to order as many or few items as they wish.

  5. If an item is visible for sale then we have it in stock.  

  6. We accept payment by all major credit / debit cards as well as by Paypal, Apple and Google Pay.  We also accept payment by Bank Transfer (BACS).  To pay with this method select "bank deposit" at checkout and on the following screen you will be given details on how to pay.  Please put your business name as reference when making the transfer.  Payment by BACS must be made within 5 working days or the order will be cancelled and the items put back on sale.

  7. Should there be an issue with an item where we cannot locate it, then the item cost will be refunded to you.  We do not run a back order system as our range changes constantly by season and year.  

  8. Items left in your cart are not reserved and can still be bought by others.  Items are only considered sold once payment has been made.  We do not reserve stock.

Shipping

  1. For all U.K. based orders of less than £150 an £8 shipping charge will be added to the shopping cart before payment is made.  Shipping is free for all orders over £150 to a U.K. address.  Shipping abroad will be charged at UPS/DPD rates for a tracked parcel.  The prices for the U.S.A. and Australia by weight are already on our website and charged at checkout.

  2. If you wish to order from another country please contact us for details on shipping costs and possible customs charges. 

  3. Please be aware that post to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and foreign destinations go through customs checks at all boarders and therefore can take a little longer to arrive than mainland U.K. shipping. We use UPS or DPD for all foreign shipments.

  4. Overseas customers may be liable to charges payable in their own territory with regard to importing from abroad.  We have no control over this.  If you want to know what it is likely to be before you order we suggest that you contact your local Customs Authority for further information.

  5. All items are sent tracked and a tracking number will be provided to you when your order is dispatched.

  6. All orders are processed within 1 working day, Monday to Friday, and dispatched within 2 working days of payment being made.  We dispatch orders daily Tuesday to Saturday. For more urgent orders please contact us directly to discuss.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

  1. If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us before we have dispatched the goods to you.  Where goods have already been dispatched you have 7 working days, from receipt of the order, in which to return the items for a refund.  Items must be returned in accordance with point 2 below.

  2. All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out i.e. unworn, unused, unwashed and with original Rainbow Rebel tags still attached.  Items returned soiled and with any tags removed, defaced or damaged will not be refunded as they are considered worn/used.  The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

  3. Overseas customers should not use a courier but return via their local postal service and ensure that the customs form is marked clearly RETURN ITEMS. Failure to do this could result in an attempt by our customs to charge duty in which case we refuse to accept the delivery.

  4. Return postage is only paid by us for faulty items.  Items returned due to any other reason are the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and to pay for return postage.

  5. You must inform us within 7 working days of any damaged items or shortages in your order.  We will then advise what action is to be taken, either a refund or credit note.  Faulty items returned will not be accepted back without prior approval.  Please email photos of any defective goods to wholesale@rainbowrebel.com

  6. We are not responsible for items lost when on route back to us.  This is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure items are returned to us safely.

  7. Refund will be made through the same channel the customer used to pay and within 2 working days of the return of the item.

Licence

  1. The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. Use of any photos or text from this website without our written permission will be deemed a breach of these terms and conditions, your permission to use this website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this website.

  2. No part of this website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission.

  3. Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

Service Access

  1. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that this website is available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

  2. This website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

  1. Links to third party websites on our website are provided solely for your convenience. If you use these links, you leave this website. We have not reviewed all of these third party websites and do not control and are not responsible for these websites or their content or availability. We therefore do not endorse or make any representations about them, or any material found there. Registration

  1. To register with www.rainbowrebelwholesale.com you must be over eighteen years of age.

  2. Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.

  3. Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.  No one at Rainbow Rebel can see your password.

  4. We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

Disclaimer

  1. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this website. We may make changes to the material on this website, or to the products, their description and prices described in it, at any time without notice. The material on this website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.

  2. The material on this website is provided "as is" without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind.   2. We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on the website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom. It is prohibited to access the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this website from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Miscellaneous

  1. You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions.

  2. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
